A General Overview of Our Repair Process
Every motor repair starts with testing and diagnostics. After testing, we will then disassemble the motor and may perform further tests. We want to be sure the bearings, stator, shaft, rotor, and all other mechanical components are not overlooked. This will allow us to determine what repairs need to be made.
After the problems have been fully diagnosed, we will contact you quickly with our findings and give you a quote for the repairs.
Once approved by you, our trained technicians will perform the repairs. Using our extensive proprietary and advanced technology, we will fix the motor right the first time. We then thoroughly test and evaluate the motor to ensure it has been restored and the repair was successful. After this final testing, the motor is shipped directly back to your facility.
